1. Strong leadership skills and active participation in co-curricular activities. 2. Outstanding academic achievement record as follows: i. Minimum of 8As (combination of A and A+) in the recent SPM examination or at least 8As in the recent IGCSE. ii. A or A+ in the following core subjects: Bahasa Melayu, English, History and Mathematics (only for SPM). iii. Not exceeding 18 years of age at the enrolment date for the foundation studies. *Successful candidates will be sent to Kolej Yayasan UEM (KYUEM) to pursue A-Level Programme as a preparation to further undergraduate studies at our approved universities abroad.

Young Talent Development Programme (YTP) (MARA)

1. Open to SPM leavers and students wishing to pursue or currently pursuing studies at local universities OR selected private universities with twinning programmes. 2. Malaysian citizens not exceeding 18 years of age at the enrolment date for the foundation studies. 3. Candidates must have obtained at least 7As inclusive of English, Mathematics, and Science in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination and minimum CEFR B1 4. Applicants must successfully gain entry into a recognized local public institution of higher learning to pursue the courses of study offered by the Fund. 5.
