1. Malaysian citizens aged between 17 and 25 years. 2. From a household with a total monthly income of RM5,000 or below. 3. Demonstrate a consistently strong academic record with a minimum academic result of 8As in SPM or 6As in UEC 4. Have applied for and are expecting to receive an offer for a diploma or undergraduate degree programme in any field at a local institution recognised by MQA 5. Must be enrolled in full-time studies in any course or discipline.
