1. Open to both Malaysian and non-Malaysian applicants 2. The award are bond-free, which do not include living expenses. 3. Total waiver varies from RM2500 to RM13000 based on academic achievement - For Engineering & Computer Science Foundation, minimum 1A to 4As in SPM or equivalent - For Business Foundation, minimum 1B to 2As in SPM or equivalent
