MCKL Excellence Award Scholarship

1. Applicants shall be Malaysians below the age of 25 (blue identification card). 2. Applicants shall provide evidence of academic excellence as follows: - Pre-U Programmes or ADTP: SPM of 8As (excluding A-); or IGCSE 8As - Diploma Programmes: SPM of 5As (excluding A-); or IGCSE: 5As 3. For SPM results, English 1119 will not be considered in the overall SPM results. 4. For Cambridge IGCSE results, applicants may combine results from different examination boards and multiple examination sittings provided there are no overlapping subjects and within a 12-month period. 5. Applicants shall provide evidence of excellence in personal attributes in their final two (2) years of schooling, such as leadership, notable achievements, active extra-curricular involvement, or other exemplary behaviour, attitude or self-motivation. 6. The Award does not cover other applicable fees and/or expenses (e.g., application fee, general fees, deposits, external examination fees, books, accommodation, living expenses, etc.).

Applicants shall submit copies of certificates, awards, commendations, references and other documents to evidence achievements, excellence and other exemplary involvement or behaviour. 3. Applicants are required to submit proof of parents household income (Both parents EA Form). In the event that parent(s) is unemployed or retired, applicants are required to submit a copy of their parents EA Form/ Proof of Retirement. 4. Incomplete forms, unsupported statements and uncertified documents will be rejected. 5. Late applications will not be considered.
