1. Open to all SPM graduates 2. Malaysian citizens born and permanently resident in Kelantan. 3. Consisting of the asnaf group who are eligible to receive zakat. 4. Exceed the kifayah limit set by MAIK. 5. Not receiving sponsorship or financial assistance from other sponsoring bodies. 6. Age not exceeding 25 years on the date of application. 7. Have received an offer letter for admission to the first year of study from any local institution, preferably IPTA. 8. Academic Qualifications; - Skills Certificate (SKM) SKM recognized by MLVK must at least have/are currently occupying level 2 OR Other Skills Certificates must at least pass SPM - Diploma Passed SPM with at least grade 3 A (no grade C and above) 7 credits

MAIK has the right to reject the application if there are elements of fraud information or forgery of documents without any notice
