1. (i) The applicant, whose parents are Malaysian citizens who are originally from the State of Sabah; or (ii) The applicant, whose parents are Malaysian citizens but one of the parents is originally from the State of Sabah; or (iii) The applicant, whose parents are Malaysian citizens but one of the parents has Permanent Resident status in the State of Sabah. 2. Obtain a minimum of 5 credit results including Malay Language in SPM examination 3. Applicant's age must not exceed 35 years

1. Applications must be made via the online system by visiting the website https://ptps.sabah.gov.my (go to 'Daftar Permohonan'). 2. The completed application form must be printed and sent together with certified copies of supporting documents to the listed address in the website. 3. Applications that are incomplete or do not meet the specified requirements will not be considered. 4. The application will be considered unsuccessful if the applicant does not receive any feedback after 30 September 2026
