UOW Malaysia Hope Bursary

1. The scholarship application deadline, along with the submission of all required documents, is set at two (2) weeks after the start of each semester on the following dates: 23 January, 6 April, 2 June, 11 September and 19 October 2026. 2. The students is from family with income below RM60,000 per annum. 3. Successful recipients are required to maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (or equivalent) throughout their duration of study in order to maintain their scholarship. 4. This bursary is applicable for Malaysian students only. 5. There should be no retrospective offer for Hope Bursary in the event of late application.

1. Fill in and complete application form and required document: https://www.uow.edu.my/pdf/scholarship-form.pdf . Please ensure that all the required fields are completed and all supporting documents are attached and sent to either one of the addresses given on the last page of the form. 2. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview within one month after the application closing date. All shortlisted candidates are required to attend an interview. Failure to do so, will result in disqualification of application. Only successful candidates will be notified of the outcome after the interview. 3. Only successful candidates will be notified via email within two (2) weeks after the interview. Successful applicants must confirm their acceptance of the bursary by registration within two (2) weeks, failing which it will be automatically withdrawn.
