1. Eligible to enrol in the FIS program: - Pass SPM/SPMV/O-level 5C /5 credit (Math, 2 science subjects & 2 other subjects) - Pass BM & English - Pass UEC with 4B (include Science and Math) For Pre-Pharmacy - Pass SPM or equivalent - Pass in Bahasa Melayu AND English - Minimum 5B in: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math / Additional Maths, AND 1 other subject 2. Has received an offer to study in the KPJU FIS program.
