1. Applicant born in Melaka and 2. Applicant's parents born in the State of Melaka and 3. Resident in the State of Melaka and 4. Voter in the State of Melaka. 5. Applicant must follow studies at an IPT listed under the sponsorship of TAPEM and the IPT must be recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Public Service Department (JPA). 6. Obtained credit in Bahasa Melayu in SPM. 7. Full-time study mode. 8. Applicants whose parents are not Malaysian citizens are not eligible to apply.

1. Applications must be made online by selecting the eTAPEM link on the main website https://tapem.melaka.gov.my or directly to the address https://tapemonline.melaka.gov.my. 2. Applicants must print the application made online and attach the required documents (refer to the front page of the printed application form). 3. Completed application forms along with documents that have been certified by the People's Representative / Government Officer Grade 41 and above / Penghulu / Chairman of JAPERUN / Chairman of JPKK or Sidang must be sent to the TAPEM office before or on the closing date of the offer. 4. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
