1. Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident and Muslim 2. Residing in the State of Perak for not less than 3 months. 3. Students aged 13 to 25 years 4. Received an offer to study from a higher education institution/lodge and received confirmation from the relevant educational center; 5. The duration of study must be no less than one year full-time; 6. Application in the second semester of the first year of study or after failing to obtain any sponsorship, scholarship or loan 7. The applicant does not receive any sponsorship, scholarship or loan; 8. Application only once a year for the second and subsequent times, and 9. Priority given to parents/guardians of applicants who belong to the poor and needy and are unable to finance the cost of study.
