Have been accepted into Public and Private Higher Education Institutions listed in the sponsorship of the Melaka State Education Trust Fund (TAPEM) only. 6. Applicants are eligible to be considered if their parents are civil servants or uniformed personnel who have served and resided in the State of Melaka for more than 10 years and are confirmed by their employer or the area assemblyman. 7. Applicants whose parents are not Malaysian citizens are not eligible to apply. 8. The loan financing amount (maximum, 75%, 50%) is based on the total family income, where the maximum loan amount depends on the program and institution.

Priority will be given to applicants from the B40 and M40 household income groups. 8. Open to applicants from households with a gross annual income below RM100,000.

1. Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident and Muslim 2. Residing in the State of Perak for not less than 3 months. 3. Students aged 13 to 25 years 4. Received an offer to study from a higher education institution/lodge and received confirmation from the relevant educational center; 5. The duration of study must be no less than one year full-time; 6. Application in the second semester of the first year of study or after failing to obtain any sponsorship, scholarship or loan 7. The applicant does not receive any sponsorship, scholarship or loan; 8. Application only once a year for the second and subsequent times, and 9. Priority given to parents/guardians of applicants who belong to the poor and needy and are unable to finance the cost of study.

1. Be a Muslim 2. Be a resident of the State of Perak for not less than 3 months. 3. Be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident. 4. Be 18 years of age and above; 5. Have an offer to study from an overseas Higher Education Institution (HEI) that is recognized by the Department of Higher Education (JPT) except for boarding school studies; 6. Have an offer to study a course that has been recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) except for boarding school studies; 7. Have registered and have an offer to study abroad from the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) except for boarding school studies; 8. Meet the minimum eligibility requirements set and have been confirmed to have successfully passed the application eligibility requirements by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) except for boarding school studies; 9. The duration of study must be not less than one year full-time; 10. Only fields related to Islamic studies are eligible; 11. The applicant does not receive sponsorship, scholarship, or loan from any other agency; and 12. The exact amount is determined after MSU reviews the applicant?s academic results, financial background, and interview performance.
