1. Applicants including parents / guardians are Muslin Malaysian citizens (Kelantan descent) who were born and reside in Kelantan only. 2. Not receiving financing sponsorship (including variable loans) or bursaries or scholarships from any party EXCEPT the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) and financial assistance / loans from Kelantan State Government agencies. 5. Applicants are not among the recipient of zakat, any IPT assistance or bursaries from MAIK in the current year or / and for at least 6 months from the date of creditation of payment. 6. Applications are open for full-time studies only 7. This scholarship is offered specifically to students pursuing studies at least at the Diploma and/or First Degree level only. 8. Obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and/or 75% passing result and be eligible to continue your studies to the next year.

Obtained SPM results of at least 9A+ in any subject without taking into account the remaining subjects (if any); 8. Commencing Preparatory level studies before 31 December of the regular offering year.
